ABOUT THE ARTIST
Ariela Hossen was born on September 19th, 1994 in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. At a young age, she started to develop a strong interest in art and architecture. Her passion led her to pursue a bachelor's degree in Architecture and a minor in Architectural History at SCAD, the Savannah College of Art and Design in Spring 2018. While studying architecture she was able to visit Lacoste, France, and Hong Kong both of which have influenced her work.
The fresh spirit which Ariela carries is reflected on the creativity of her paintings. Her aspiration as an artist are to create powerful and aethereal pieces that will inspire those around her. The pieces often carry a high emotional spirit which is indicative of Hossen's view of art and the world.
Ariela has showcased her work in a multitude of setting and disciplines, having first debuted her work publically in 2013. Her work consists of abstract and mixed media paintings on canvas and manifests her ideas concerning psychology, spirituality, and the mentality of relationships.
